To maximize the return, in addition to our rentals, we welcome Owners bookings, and to help us with this, we can provide advice for advertising and networking, as well as assistance with flights, airport collection and return, car rentals, travel insurance and Florida attraction tickets, all at competitive rates.

All rental guests will be directed to their home by a member of our team, whose services and assistance remain available throughout their stay.

Our objective is to market a portfolio of selected developments with reputable developers, and to offer a complete service to purchasers, covering both Sales and After Sales Service which is second to none.

We ensure that your home in managed and rented within Florida State Laws and Regulations, and that all licensing is secured and maintained for your protection.

We will provide detailed monthly statements of any rental income and outgoings. All mail will be collected and all utility bills checked and paid by the due date.

 
A full housekeeping and maintenance support is provided by our own staff to make sure your home is cared for as if you were dealing with it personally.
